White Rock Lake adventure

This handsome gentleman is Charles Morell. He is not only a consummate organist but also a Organ builder and a harpsichord builder. A gentle person with a wide range of talents and love of learning and doctrine of the gospel. He and Sister Nelson play music with the recorder and the harpsichord. The Organ is beautiful

Elder Nelson keeps busy reading his books on philosophy and doctrine.

White Rock lake with Dallas Skyline in the background.

White Rock Lake is a reservoir located in east Dallas, Texas. The lake was formed by damming White Rock Creek, which today widens into the lake before continuing south out of the spillway and emptying into the Trinity River. The lake covers 1,254 acres in the east Dallas community

Brother Charlie has two Kayaks which we launched on White Rock lake

Charlie let me use the longer one because it had better stability

It kind of reminded me of coming down the snake river with Rob Terril.

It was very relaxing to be on the water in such a beautiful setting

Made it home safe, what a great adventure! What a great friend in Texas

What a great adventure! I'm so glad you found Charlie. I'm glad they still like you after they met me. :)

I'm glad you found a friend to go kayaking with - how fun. Looked like pretty choppy water though, i'm glad you didn't go in!
