Changing out the hard red wheat

The weather is really starting to warm up. If you look in the background you can see the L-train that travels to downtown Dallas every hour.Every 3 years, the wheat in the silo's is changed out.
The old Wheat goes to the feedlots in Kansas
There are 7 of these huge silo's that hold hard red wheat for disaster relief
The silos are located in the rear of the Storehouse
The wheat can be brought in on the railroad or in trucks
The backup generators are kept in good repair for the frozen meats in the freezers in case of power outages.
