Okey Dokey Ranch Bennington Okla

Left Dallas Texas P-Day Thursday and headed for Bennington Oklahoma.
We serve with these two wonderful people as local missionaries. They served a mission in the Nevada Panaca Stake in 2006. He had visited with President Whipple at the Young RV Park at the Whitney reunion. He said, "I was always impressed that a family would show a church movie on the side of an RV with that many little kids there"!
They now own a beautiful 120 acre ranch in Okla. This is an Oxen bow that came through his family from the early colonial American days
They drove the jeep, We got the Artic Cat. Got to water the cows.
We had lunch at the ranch house.
Ahha, now we are talking!
We circled the entire ranch
He runs up to a 100 head of cattle here.
Armadillo's, Wild Pigs, deer, chuckers, coyotes. His Jeep is Sarg! He carries a 22-250
Entrance to the Property
This is the Place!
Stopped in Dennison Texas to visit Eisenhower's Birth Place.
We like Ike
Stop and visited a Dulcimer factory. This good man and Sister Nelson had a wonderful discussion on Music theory. It was a treat to hear him play! He says, "I thank God every day for my life and loving what I do"!
If your ever in Bennington Oklahoma, Stop and visit Russell Cook. You will be well paid for the effort!
