Dallas- Nature Preserve-McKinney Tx

The Fountain Place 60 stories. When it freezes with the snow, huge sheet of ice slide off. They have to close the road on the south side. The old Dallas Court House. It sits across from Dealy Plaza

McKinney is a city in and the county seat of Collin County, Texas, United States, It sits next to Plano Tx. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, listed McKinney as the nation's fastest growing city from 2000 to 2003 and again in 2006 Both the city and county are named after Collin McKinney, a signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence, and a congressman for the Red River district of the Republic of Texas.
In 2008 McKinney was ranked number 14 in Money's list of best small cities in the United States.


We visited the old Historic District.
It was a beautiful spring afternoon


We found the Loco Cowpoke Salsa Shop. They insist you sample everything before you buy!

The Dallas Nature Preserve 25 miles southeast of Dallas.

620 acres of undeveloped woods and trails.
We discovered miles of trails. We chose the Honey bee Trail.
It followed along a stream. We will return when things start to bloom.
